[2023] Toyota Motor Group total 11,233,039 units, single unit 10,307,395 units, both reaching record sales

Toyota Motor Corporation announced on January 30, 2024 the sales, production, and export results for the entire group (Toyota (including Lexus), Daihatsu, and Hino) for the year 2023 (January to December 2023).

2023 Toyota Motor Group overall sales volume

In 2023, the Toyota Group’s global sales volume reached a record high of 11,233,039 units. Toyota (including Lexus) alone achieved a record high of 10,307,395 units. In addition, sales for Lexus alone reached a record high of 824,258 units.

In addition to the easing of the impact of semiconductor shortages in each region, and strong demand in each region, both global production and sales achieved record highs for December. Both global sales and production achieved record highs.
